Festival of Bardolino Novello Wine from Saturday 4th till Sunday 5th November 2017

The BARDOLINO NOVELLO wine, ruby red, fragrant, fruity, soft, dry on the palate was the first Italian new wine to obtain the DOC certification in 1987. The Novello is produced with carbonic fermentation for all of its grapes (Corvina-Rondinella-Molinara …). This promotional Manifestation of the Bardolino wine DOC Novello 2017 runs from Saturday November 4th to Sunday November 5th and is a very important event that is held in the historic center of Bardolino Town on the shores of Lake Garda with food stands and tasting not only wine but also olive oil and other typical local products.
