Punta San Vigilio

Is one of the most fascinating places on the whole lake Garda, everything is surrounded by cypresses overlooked by the elegant renaissance Villa.

In the village, built on the tip of the promontory, there is a small port protected by small houses and walls, and an old lemon orchard. In the small caffè you can sip your drink while contemplating the lake. there is also a charming hotel.

At the end of the point where the parks ends is Villa San Vigilio, the remains of a Roman villa and a green house with centuries old lemon trees, a place and a small church. The Villa Guarienti from the XVI century is probably designed by the great Michele Sanmicheli.

Many famous people stayed here from Winston Churchill , Alexander Fleming to the Royal Family. Here is also the Parco Baia delle Sirene, an exclusive beach , you can swim in the crystal clear water from the bay and relax under the shade of olive trees
